Anonymous feedback can be submitted by mail to the address above. All feedback (except anonymous feedback) will be acknowledged within 72 hours of receipt via the method received. All feedback will be catalogued and retained for a period of not less than 7 years. All feedback will be included in regular assessments by the ERG - Accessibility Working Group, and the Manager, Human Resources to determine next steps. Feedback received, actions, and plans will be included in the annual progress reports.
